We have a great opportunity for a talented **HR Generalist** to support the HRBP of our Supply Chain & Operations, Innovation and Procurement domain on our key HR processes, such as recruiting, learning & development, talent management, compensation management and labor cost management.
**In particular, you will**:
- Support in the activities related to recruiting and selection (in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team)
- Help with the preparation of the documentation for the Performance Management process: annual review, HR mapping, succession tables
- Support in the preparation of the material for the main Compensation Management and Reporting processes (salary review, HR budgets and forecast processes)
- Work on labor cost analysis and HR analytics in general
**Other requirements include**:
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Italian and English
The role will be based in Fabriano, Italy, with the opportunity of some remote working (in a hybrid environment).
