ResponsibilitiesWrite exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organising and conducting interviews;Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing if needed;Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews;Follow the employees' Odoo journey;Collaborate with universities and organise/participate in recruiting events;Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!If you have a hands-on mentality, want to take responsibility and have a real impact on the evolution of our new Italian office, then this position is made for you!

RequirementsExcellent knowledge and communication skills in Italian (C2) & English (C1)1-3 years of experience in a similar roleStrong organisational & personal skillsProactiveAbility to work independently and autonomously as well as in a teamAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environmentExperience in the IT sector and/or affinity with ITWorking at OdooCompetitive salary
