Hr Generalist-Sostituzione Maternità
What's the role**:
- Implement and deploy key HR processes in line with HQ Guidelines (propose, develop, update and implement HR policy in areas such as skills management and development, career and Talent management, succession planning, training, recruitment, etc.
)
- Monitor the yearly performance review process
- Define the training programs jointly with the managers of the different working groups
- Manage the hiring process, in accordance with the top management
- Supporting managers and employees in their daily operational issues (in all HR areas such as social legislation, training, recruitment, career management, conflict management, etc.
)
- Participate in the elaboration and analysis, upstream, with the Managers on the means to be implemented to adapt the resources to the needs of the business
- Ensuring reporting of monitored HR activities and issues
- Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring
- Support to define HR strategies for the group in line with HR HQ Guidelines
- Support the CEO of the group and the general managers of the subsidiaries on HR topics (including international relocations, relationship with other entities belonging to the CLS group, etc)
- Support the design and implementation of company culture
- Monitor and execute HR admin tasks in collaboration with Payroll team and Labour Consultant.

**What's required**:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in HR and Talent Management;
- Master's degree in Social Science, Economy or Finance (updated courses on HR and Talent Management will be considered a plus);
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian;
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish is a plus;
- Good knowledge on people related tools.
