We are looking for an enthusiastic, brilliant and passionate recent graduate for an excellent internship opportunity within the HR Department in our headquarter offices located in the heart of Milan.

The development journey will favour the growth and learning process through a training path in all our main HR areas, in a challenging and multicultural context, going through corporate, production and international functions.

We are a global entity, and you will liaise with people all over the world, from the US to Japan, from China to France.

You will have the opportunity to develop a 360° overview on the main HR processes: by joining our energetic HR team you will be dealing daily with all the main HR activities: Recruiting, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organization, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, HR Operations & Administration.

Our internship opportunity will give you first-hand insights into all these areas and practices that are aligned to ensure business needs are met through flawless execution.

The focus will be on the "learning by doing" approach, with full support of our HR team to develop your skills and competences.

**Profile**:

- Brilliant academic background with a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Humanities/Law/Economic disciplines;

- A Master in HR management will be considered a plus;

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

- Knowledge of the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

- A great desire to learn and to develop new skills;

- Passionate and pro-active approach;

- Strong sense of responsibility and ethical mindset;

- Problem-solving attitude, good communication and analytical skills;
