Hr - Head Of Organization, Resizing, Planning, Compensation
Our client is a subsidiary of the largest multinational company operating in the utilities industry with a global presence and revenues of several billions.
With headquarters in Italy and branches in Spain, Brazil, India and the United States, the purpose of the company is to accelerate the digital transformation of electricity distribution networks and the management of smart grids with a strong focus on sustainable solutions.
In order to implement the HR structure, we are looking for a Head of Planning, Organization & Compensation.
What you will do: The Head of Planning, Organization and Compensation is responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of workforce planning, organizational development, and compensation programs.
This role ensures that the organization's workforce strategies align with its business goals, fosters a culture of performance and development, and ensures competitive and equitable compensation practices.
You will be responsible for all activities related to: Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs; Analyze labor market trends and internal workforce metrics to forecast staffing needs; Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop talent strategies to support these objectives.
Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational development initiatives that improve performance and drive cultural change; Lead efforts to assess organizational needs and implement effective change management practices.
Compensation Management: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs; Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation; Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligns with organizational goals.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to workforce planning, organizational development, and compensation; Ensure that all policies are up-to-date and comply with current laws and regulations; Communicate policies effectively to all employees and ensure consistent application across the organization.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of workforce planning, organizational development, and compensation strategies; Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key HR metrics and initiatives.
Who you are: Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field with: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources in an international context, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on workforce planning, organizational development, and compensation; Knowledge of SAP HR, workforce management systems; In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and regulatory requirements; Experience in personnel costs monitoring, total rewarding approach, managerial positions evaluations; Proven experience in organizational development and change management; Spanish and English professional level.
