Hr In Charge Of The New Early Career Professional
A **completely new opportunity** presents itself within the Global Talent Management & Organization function: an HR in charge of the **New Early Career Professional WorldWide Program.
This newly created position has a full **global scope** on developing, executing & measuring strategies in order to **attract, develop & retain top young talents for Loro Piana**.
Being a company **Brand Ambassador**, the resource will partner with the entire HR Community and LVMH Group, working on emerging talent programs for both Office and Retail dedicate to Early Career Professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
**1.
TALENT SOURCING & ATTRACTION**:
- Create student and Early in Career Talent Attraction recruiting strategies (both internal & external) to achieve the most effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified and diverse talent across multiple lines of business (estimate effort of approx.
200HC).
- Lead and be the Brand Ambassador for Loro Piana's key international school relations' to inspire & develop Young Generations (organize and participate in local events such as career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site events, etc.
).
- Assist with defining, tracking, and analyzing talent attraction metrics to monitor team and line of business performance.
**2.
TALENT ENGAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT**:
- Define and lead the process governance for a centralized management of all the interns annually hired at Loro Piana HQ.
- Follows the Early Career Professionals & Interns from their attraction to integration and development part.
- Lead and coordinate the new "Avenue" Development Program, both for Office and Retail population.
- Develop new possible future dedicated programs or initiatives for Supply Chain & Textile areas.
- Be the point of reference acting as a Coach for the ECP & Interns population in collaboration with the HR Community & LVMH
**3.
LVMH PARTNERSHIP**:
- Leverage all LVMH talent initiatives (Inside LVMH; Spring etc.
).
- Create and implement talent development programs in collaboration with other LVMH maisons.
- Being the Loro Piana Brand Ambassador through coordinating and participation to LVMH group ECP programs and events.
**Profile**:

- Solid experience in HR function
- Proven track record in project management.
- Ability to act as proactive advisor striving for innovation and creativity.
- Ability in proactively networking & establishing effective working relationships by influencing others.
- Superior communication skills, ability to communicate clearly, simply, and effectively
- Champions new initiatives, gains buy-in and implements new ideas quickly and effectively
- Respects and works well with people from different cultures.
- Achieves results with speed and excellence, holding self and others accountable for results.
- Strong team player coupled with a demonstrated ability to work.
- Being "system savvy", able to navigate and use typical talent tools
- Fluency in English, French knowledge will be considered a plus.
