Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.

Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients.

Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, and financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

Mission: Your role as a HR Intern will be far from one-dimensional: you'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, and you will have the opportunity to gain deeper general knowledge in the Human Resources field.

You will support both the HR Welfare & Compensation specialist and the HR Learning & Development specialist in their daily activities (training Plan, budgeting, and providers, organization and presentation of welfare initiatives).

You will also support the HRBP and the HR Generalist in the recruiting and selection process.

Tasks and responsibilities: Ensure all relevant documentation is produced timely Follow HR policies and craft HR procedures to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery Profile required Studies & experience: Bachelor's degree in economics/legal/social studies Proven professional experience (preferably 6 months) as an HR intern Language skills: Italian: C2 English: B2 Technical, operational & Soft skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Rigorous with a sense of priorities and highly organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative and team player You like to work with people: you are a good listener with patience, and you respond by trying to give simple explanations on complicated subjects #J-18808-Ljbffr
