Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A, one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.

Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients, including institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, and financial intermediaries (brokers, investment companies).

Mission: Your role as a HR Intern will be far from one-dimensional: you'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, and you will have the opportunity to gain deeper general knowledge in the Human Resources field.

You will support both the HR Welfare & Compensation specialist and the HR Learning & Development specialist in their daily activities (training Plan, budgeting, and providers, organization and presentation of welfare initiatives).

You will also support the HRBP and the HR Generalist in the recruiting and selection process.
