HR Internship at UPMC Italy

UPMC Italy, part of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a global player within healthcare & research sector is looking for a technology and data passionate resource that wants to start their career within HR.

**What we are looking for**:

- University or master student in Economics or Law

- Excellent knowledge of Power Point and Excel

- Ability to work independently respecting deadlines

- Structured, independent, and results-oriented

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)

**They will be involved in the following activities**:

- Support the team in analysis and reports preparation.

- Support the team in implementing dashboards related to HR and business productivity metrics.

- Support the team in the implementation and launch of HR HCM tools.

- Data gathering and analysis.

- Mapping/review of internal policies and operational flows.

- Support the team on recruiting and hiring procedures.

The intern will have a unique opportunity to approach the dynamics of a reality as UPMC Italy, operating in both private and public Italian healthcare sector, in fostering the implementation of an analytical and data-based approach through all the population.

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €800, 00 al mese
