As such we are now looking to recruit a **_HR Intern_** to facilitate, develop and champion the employee experience.
Role Mission:
To collect and maintain personnel records, managing HR documents (e. g.
employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e. g.
BambooHR, SAP, Confluence).
- Develop, prepare and execute HR documents (employment contracts, employee handbook updates, etc.
).
- Champion the employee experience by ensuring all new Advantioers are setup for success (onboarding, off-boarding).
- Revise company policies in line with industry best practice.
- Liaise with external partners e. g.
local labor consultants, insurance vendors ensuring legal compliance within an international environment.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e. g.
leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Participate in HR projects (e. g.
help organize a job fair event).
**Knowledge & Skills Required**:
- Graduated or on course to graduate with a Bachelor or Master's of Business, HR or related discipline.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
- English & Italian fluency is a must.
**Nice To Have**:
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS e. g.
BambooHR.
- Fluency in Spanish would be a distinct advantage,
