The resource, will support the daily operation of our HR Business Partner topics, operating and supporting the team in all processes like Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Welfare & Benefit and Diversity & Inclusion.

**Key Activities

- Supporting recruitment, selection and employer branding activities, through the use of related tools

- Supports in the definition and collect of training and career development needs

- Supporting in relations with partner universities, job fairs and training providers of HR services

- Reporting activities related to the processes of Search & Selection, Training & Development

- Maintain and develop partnerships with local stakeholders to strengthen the company Welfare System

and fostering the wellbeing of our all resources

- Ensures that the tools used for selection are based on the values and skills promoted by the company

**Education

Master's Degree in Economics / Law / Political or Social Science
