We have a new opportunity for a local HR Intern here at Disney Italy.

You will have the great possibility to advise and assist our lines of business and to provide support to the HR Team on various HR processes.

**What you can learn?

- Support in recruiting and onboarding of internship profiles;

- Support to create a real strong employer branding strategy and to keep relationships with universities which are great partners for our internship programs;

- Support to ideate and design graphics, templates and infographics for a new HR project and other communications related to HR world;

- Support the team to design and implement Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing and engagement activities;

- Support to define our L&D communications;

- Run L&D operational tasks (send invitation, running reports, gather feedback);

- Maintain updated our training reports.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- School Background: Human Resources or Economics Master degree;

- Digital basics: knowledge of Office Suite, Photoshop any other design software is a plus;

- Languages: fluent level of English and Italian;

- Show initiative and good problem-solving.
