Hr Intern
Project** Description**:
As HR Intern you will support both Payroll and HR Admin in their daily activities.
This internship will give you the opportunity to explore both the hard and the soft side of the Human Resources department of Luxoft, giving you the chance to manage topics related to hirings and terminations, contractual variations, health & safety and communication.
You will report directly to the Italy Senior HR Generalist and have a key role in the HR Operation function supporting the location.
Working as part of the WE team and closely with the country/ region HRM, you will work together on all HR related administration queries, and support in HR operational projects and reporting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the management of monthly employee absences (sick, maternity or other leave);
- Supporting the preparation the monthly payroll documents and supporting in the Payslip draft controls;
- Supporting the monthly order of meal vouchers;
- Administration and operation of internal Luxoft HR systems such as Service Desk for HR, LuxStaff, BPM, LuxTalent, LuxTown, Workplace;
- respond to Service Desk tickets for the region;
- Responsibility for managing all administration with the associated business group;
- Supporting the management of contracts end dates and extensions according the Italian labor law;
- Supporting the onboarding of new joiners;
- Supporting HR initiatives and projects as required;
- Scheduling of employees periodic medical checks;
- Supporting the arrangement of the H&S mandatory trainings for all new joiners;
- Drafting of communications for the employees;
- Supporting the management of online and physical archive.
Regionally
- Responsibility for participating in all global HR initiatives rolled out in the Western European area;
- Support and work closely with the dedicated Western European HR Ops team on a regular basis.
**Skills**:
Must have
- Education:
- Degree in HR, Law, Business or Economics.
Languages:
- Italian: native or fluency, spoken and written;
- English: high level of English, spoken and written;

- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- An ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to details
- Good organizations skills;
Nice to have
- Good Office suite knowledge (especially on Excel and Power Point);
- Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude
