HR Intern**:

OTB Spa is looking for an _HR Intern_ for its Headquarter in Breganze (VI).

He/ she will provide support to the HR Management Team on several people & organization activities, processes and projects.

Being part of the HR Management Team requires helping to create a culture that encourages teamwork and ownership of the results, to enhance overall performance and job satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

He/she will support the Team in a broad set of HR activities:

- Administration of HR management systems, handling daily HR-based transactions or focused analysis, reports and projects in order to provide direct support to the business;

- Assist and guide employees regarding company policies, HR programs and administrative issues, to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner, in compliance with all national employment laws and regulations.

**Job Requirements

- Recent degree in Economics, with strong academic credentials;

- Fluency in English;

- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic and evolving work environment with mínimal supervision;

- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task with accuracy and effectiveness, managing unexpected work-related changes;

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way.
