HR Intern

**Location**:

Bellusco Head Quarters / Italy.

Barcelona Plant /Spain.

**Department/ Area**:

People Organization Development EMEA.

the HR Intern will work directly with the Head of EMEA People Organization Development and the team.

This position involves an exposure to a wide set of HR topics, such as Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Communication among other HR topics.

The HR Intern can expect to gain insight into a wide range of HR aspects, and acquire a deep understanding of HR processes and tools, through full participation in the day to day HR activities and processes.

**What you will see & learn**:

- **Diversity & Inclusion**:

- Support on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives & participate in coordination at EMEA level.

- **Talent Management**:

- Preparation of internal talent reviews.

- Support the Head of POD in EMEA on other projects/activities as needed.

- Proactively research on new learning tools and programs.

- Support in data maintenance and tracking on our internal Learning system.

- Support in other POD projects and activities as needed.

- **Communication**:

- Support in elaborating internal communication materials & toolkit.

- Maintain and update the internal communication channels.

**Your profile**:

- You have an academic background in Business Administration, psychology or similar.

- You are fluent in English, another European language (French, Spanish or Italian) is a must.

- You have an advanced level of Microsoft Office ( Excel, word, PowerPoint, etc).

- You have strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships.

- A university agreement is a must.
