**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support on all HR activities and processes related to back office, recruiting and employe data management.

In this role, you will:

- Recruiting process (job posting, screening CVs, phone interviews etc.

)

- Employee/organization data management (data warehouse update, org charts, job descriptions, etc.

)

- Onboarding process for internships and new hires

- Collect HR information and documents for employees (recruiting, onboarding, change of contracts, etc.

)

- Prepare hiring contracts and letters for employees

For this role, we're looking for someone with:

- Brief experience in a similar role is preferred

- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Good knowledge of HR main processes

- Multi-tasking and time management skills

- Ability to work independently

- Good relational skills

- Good knowledge of Excel and PPT

- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information

- Attentive to details
