**Purpose of Position**: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management and actively contribute to our internal processes.
**Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**:
- Support administrative tasks related to employee management: maintaining and organizing personnel files and managing contracts.
- Reporting activities related to HR issues
- Provide general support to the HR team on daily operations and ad-hoc tasks
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates, training programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as team-building events and internal communications.
**Requisitions**:
- ** Education**: Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Professional Skills**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- **Behavioural Requirements**:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills; Proactive and positive attitude towards people; Eager to learn with a hands-on attitude.
