ABOUT THE ROLEAs an intern, you'll have the exciting opportunity to dive into two key areas of our organization: Human Resources and Compliance.
On the HR side, you'll be involved in various activities, such as helping with recruitment, onboarding new team members, organizing training sessions, and supporting employee administration. At the same time, you'll work closely with our Compliance team, assisting with the preparation and management of essential documentation, keeping internal policies up to date, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with regulations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves to learn, and is eager to make an impact across different functions.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires. Help organize and manage employee training sessions and development programs. Collaborate with the Compliance team to prepare and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor and update internal policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Conduct research and assist in implementing compliance best practices. Prepare reports and analyses to support both HR and Compliance initiatives. Contribute to internal communication efforts, including drafting newsletters and updates. Support employer branding activities, helping to strengthen the company's visibility and appeal as a great place to work. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATIONEducational Background:Degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point). Familiarity with digital communication tools and/or HR software is a plus. Language Skills:Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage. Professional Experience:Previous experience in internships or projects related to HR, Compliance, or Communication is a plus but not required. Soft Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
