**HR Intern**:

In order to support and contribute to our growth, we are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our talented team in Milan.

In OTOVO, HR Internship will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a dynamic, young and international environment.

You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in different HR areas with a special focus on recruitment and selection and payroll.

**Key job responsibilities**:

- Support the HR Manager in all Talent Acquisition processes from recruiting and selection (job posting, phone interview, support in selection interviews) to onboarding and offboarding.

- Assist the HR Manager in the relations with suppliers and Universities

- Support in the reporting activities

- Actively collaborate in the administrative management of employees (contracts, development, attendance, training, medical examinations)

- Work alongside the hr manager on various cross-cutting projects

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- You are currently working towards a 2+ years university degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused).

- You will be results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.

- You are a team player and you have a focus on People

- You are motivated in bringing new perspectives and injecting fresh ideas into our customer orientated processes.

- You are passionate about sustainability

- Any previous work experience - a summer job, internship or full

- time role will be a plus;

- Written and spoken english (B2)

**Hiring Process**:

- Screening phase

- 1st interview with the HR Manager where we get to know each other (remote)

- 2nd interview with the management team to understand your skills (remote)

- Final interview with the Italian GM at our office!

Employment contract: Internship
