Human resources Intern

Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for an Intern in the Human Resources Department.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the HR Manager with implementation of social media strategies to support and align with the HR campaigns and image goals.

- Monitor trends in social media channels.

- Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company and hotel information with all staff.

- Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations activities.

- Maintain and update all computer records, keeping the confidentiality of information in the department.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTICE

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.

- Excellent communication and organization skills.

- Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €400, 00 al mese
