Hr Intern - Internal Communication & Employer
The HR Intern - Employer Branding works within the Human Resources Function. HR in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to support business growth and company's performance throughout organizational development, management of employee life-cycle, human capital evolution and engagement, right-skilling and diversity & inclusion. Is part of the Engagement & Employer Branding Department and contributes to implement initiatives to enhance employees' engagement, foster cultural evolution, deliver internal communication and improve talent attraction through employer branding.
** Your Role **:The HR Intern - Employer Branding works within the Human Resources Function. HR in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to support business growth and company's performance throughout organizational development, management of employee life-cycle, human capital evolution and engagement, right-skilling and diversity & inclusion. Is part of the Engagement & Employer Branding Department and contributes to implement initiatives to enhance employees' engagement, foster cultural evolution, deliver internal communication and improve talent attraction through employer branding.
** Your Responsibilities **:Internal Communication
Support project planning, implementation and monitoring of the Internal Communication plan, including internal branding initiatives to guarantee consistent Brand image
Employee Engagement
Contribute to deliver engagement surveys, monitor action plan implementation and eNPS trend
Support implementation of CSR initiatives involving employees
Collaborate to implement and monitor change management activities
Events Organisation
Support the organization and roll-out of employee events
Employer Branding
Support implementing the Employer Branding plan and monitoring its effectiveness
