In order to support Dott's growth and the launch of our service in a new city, we are looking for an intern to support the HR & Operations team to build the teams, from recruiting to onboarding.
**What you'll do**:
- Supporting the HR onboarding process for our operations team, from recruitment to the first day experience
- Supporting administration of day-to-day HR matters included in the employment lifecycle as new hire documentation or the subscription to benefits
- Contributing to market specific HR projects
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
**What you'll need**:
- We look forward to welcoming you in August for a period between 3 and 6 months.
This position will be based in Milan
- You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business or HR
- Ideally full time availability
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in both in Italian and English
- Basic knowledge of local labor legislationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
