We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Doctolib as HR Intern.

This role will be based in our Italy HQ Milan.

You'll be working in a high performing team

- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

You will join the **People department** of Doctolib Milan Office for a six-month internship and be assigned to a specific team within the HR department.

**The HR Intern will be involved in different activities such as**:

- learn how to proficiently work with Workday, our HRIS tool, to support organizational review, enure data accuracy on our employees' database and finalize onboarding tasks;

- learn how to support our employees on daily Hr issues

- support of people operations activities;

- deliver smart project with high autonomy and take care of the onboarding of the new joiners;

- create synergy with global teams with the ambition of improving our HR tools and providing support on the specificities of our country

- work with our archives and databases in order to keep up-to-date

- participate in delivering and coordinate People Development and Engagement initiatives locally;

- create meaningful HR-relevant reports, statistics and presentations;

- other HR projects and initiatives as needed

**Hard Skills

- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included);

- Language knowledge fluent in English and Italian
