**Main Responsibilities / Activities
- He/she will be responsbile for Europe, middle east, africa and America's branches (14 branches);
- Support Managers in regards to HR requests of 14 branches;
- Ensures that the Company needs in terms of number, skills profile, and timing are in line with the Coesia Recruitment processes and the defined budget;
- Promotes Group policies such as inter-company mobility to fill vacancies and Group compensation policy compliance;
- Employment Lifecycle Management;
- Support change management activities in partnership with the management being a key player during complex phases of changes
**Basic Requirements
- Master Degree in Business, Economics, Law or similar; possession of Master in Human Resources will be considered an advantage
- Experience at least biennial in the role
- Of particular interest would be a profile benefitting from experience in negotiation and relations with Trade Unions
- **Fluent English;**:
- Analytical skills; ability to make data driven decisions; understand and manage HR metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
