We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern in our Milan office (Mecenate) The internship will last 6 months and it is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- ** Your Role**:

- Collaborating with the HR team to support the onboarding program and deliver an outstanding experience for new employees.

- Conducting regular check-ins with new employees before the start date and during their initial weeks to address any issues, provide guidance, and ensure a positive integration into the company culture.

- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs, which includes scheduling training sessions and ensuring accurate attendance tracking.

- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor degree or currently pursuing a bachelor degree

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Fluency in Italian and intermediate proficiency in English
