Within the **Human Resources** organization based in **Bologna**, as **HR stagier** you will perform the following activities:

- Support the Business Partner community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process

- Support newcomers induction plan

- Support organization and delivery of the training plan; monitor Site training expenses; support the delivery of Public Funds program;

- Provide support on reporting and administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment

- Very good command of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information

- Fluent in English
