NABA** NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an academy for training in art and design: it is the largest Italian private academy and the first to have obtained, in 1980, the official recognition of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).

It offers first and second level courses in the fields of design, fashion design, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, scenography and visual arts, for which it issues academic degrees equivalent to university degrees.

Born on a private initiative in Milan in 1980 by the will of Ausonio Zappa, Guido Ballo and Gianni Colombo, it has always had the aim of challenging the rigidity of the academic tradition and of introducing visions and languages closer to contemporary artistic practices and the system of art and creative professions.

NABA has been included by Domus Magazine among the 100 best Design and Architecture schools in Europe, by Frame among the 30 best postgraduate Design and Fashion schools in the world and by BoF - Business of Fashion in the Global Fashion School Ranking.

**Domus Academy

Domus Academy was born in Milan in 1982 as the first post-university design school in Italy and as an open project around the experience of Italian Design and Fashion.

Over the years it has established itself as a school in the full sense of the term: a place for post-graduate training and a research laboratory on innovation and design.

Awarded in 1994 with the Compasso d'Oro for the quality of its academic and research approach, in 2009, for the third consecutive year, Domus Academy was included by Business Week in the ranking of the 60 best design schools in the world.

From 2012 to 2017 it was included by Domus Magazine among the 100 best schools of Design and Architecture in Europe and in 2012, 2013 and 2014 by Frame among the 30 best post-graduate schools of Design, Architecture, Interior Design and Fashion in the world.

In 2016 and 2017 the Domus Academy Fashion School was selected by Business of Fashion among the Top Global Fashion Schools.

The academic offer of the academy includes 12 masters attended by students from all over the world: Business Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, Interaction Design, Interior & Living Design, Urban Vision & Architectural Design, Fashion Management, Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising, Visual Brand Design, Luxury Brand Management, Information Design, Service Design.

**INTERNSHIP HR

- **Training **- Support the customization, organization, delivering and evaluation of the training courses in order to maximize the employees' training satisfaction in effective and efficient way.

- **HRIS and Stage recruitment** - Support the recruitment process and the induction of new internships (draft of job posting, CV screening and phone screen, on boarding program).

Support administrative activities for the hiring of the interns as well as their related documentation.

- **Consultant Teaching Contracts**:

- Support data entry activities about the consultancy contracts.

Support the registration, creation and delivery of contracts for teachers and external consultants in collaboration with Academic Coordination.

Support that teachers and external consultants provided documents, identifying the proper contractual type in compliance with Italian labor law.

- **D. Lgs 81/2008 Health and Safety Training** - Support planning, organization, monitoring and updating HR activities on health and safety training in compliance with the D. Lgs 81/2008: support the organization of the periodical safety training for employees and interns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Degree in Pedagogy, International Relations, Economics, Law or similar. .

Advanced knowledge of English language (B2/C1 level)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)

Customer-oriented, precise, highly motivated, confidentiality, team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cope with complex situations.

CONDITIONS:

Full time internship of 6 months

Expenses reimbursement of 600, 00 EUR per month and ticket restaurant
