We have a new opportunity for a local HR Intern here at Disney Italy.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student still enrolled in University, passionate about graphics and design as well as HR topics, to join our great team!

**Responsibilities**:

- Support to create and design graphics, templates and infographics for a new HR project and other communications related to HR world;

- Support the team to design and implement Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing and engagement activities;

- Support to define our L&D communications;

- Run L&D operational tasks (send invitation, running reports, gather feedback).

**Basic Qualifications**:

- School Background: Economics, Art and Design, Public Relation and Enterprise Communication bachelor/master degree (in progress);

- Digital basics: knowledge of Office Suite, Photoshop, any other design software;

- Languages: fluent level of English and Italian;

- Show initiative and good problem-solving.
