**Johnson & Johnson, Janssen **branch has an immediate opening for **HR Leader Pharm Italy **which will be based in **Cologno Monzese (Milan).
**Overall, Purpose of this Job**:
This Professional will be part of the HR team Pharma responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within the geography in support of sector/function goals.
The Human Resources Leader will actively support business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business in the region.
**The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:
Ensuring business intimacy:
- Build and establish the HR agenda for the business within a geography, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies.
- Ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans.
- Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e. g. , assess effectiveness, identify gaps).
- Lead strategic HR work for the sector in a country/cluster in support of business goals, enterprise goals, and sector HR strategies.
- Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact.
- Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability:
- Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis.
- Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within country/cluster.
- Support country/cluster business leaders for the sector/function to drive talent agenda and achieve business results.
- Partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate
- Promoting collaboration:
- Partner x-group, including across all parts of the HR model, to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business.
- Proactively identify opportunities to partner x-group and or x-sector to ensure integration of efforts.
- Partner with country/cluster OneHR double hat leader to identify unique needs for partnership with Corporate HR Services and Global HR Services

**Required**:
- This position in based in Cologno Monzeze (Milan).
8+ years of HR experience is required (as well as University Degree) with pharmaceutical background as advantage.
- Knowledge of Legal Aspects of HR processes and specifics within Italian market.
- Indirect leadership experience and Ability to build relationships and influence partners.
- Strong project management experience.
- Digital Experience to identify, use, and role model the use of technology to meet needs.
- Proven ability of managing priorities in a fast-paced, environment.
- Develop high performing, diverse, balanced talent pools; expertise in talent management.
- Integrate internal and external business drivers and financial insights to drive talent outcomes for the business.
- Effectively coach, influence, and advise.
- Look across groups and needs to identify/build end-to-end, holistic solutions, role model enterprise mindset.
- Digital Champion, Identify and use data to inform decision making.
