Hr Learning & Development Specialist
Adecco LifeScience , a specialized division of Adecco, is seeking an HR Learning & Development Specialist for a leading company in the medical sector.
Job Summary: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and Talent processes.
This role will work closely with HR Business Partners, Managers, Regional COE and external vendors to ensure that training and development initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with EMEA to implement regional programs and align local initiatives with the EMEA strategy.
Develop and implement training programs addressing employee needs at all levels in line with EMEA strategies.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Work with local managers to create customized development plans for their teams.
Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring service quality.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in employee development and integrate them into company programs.
Lead local Talent Management processes in collaboration with HRBPs and managers and support HR in succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Organize workshops, seminars, and learning events to promote continuous improvement.
Oversee training programs funded by Formazione Finanziata (e. g. , Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti), ensuring compliance and maximizing employee benefits.
Collaborate with HRBPs on special HR projects, such as audits, certifications, and business or functional transformations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR development in multinational environments.
Strong understanding of learning principles and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at local and regional level Fluency in English , knowledge of Greek language is preferable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for employee development.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times
