Hr Learning And Development (7440)
We are looking for a senior **HR **Learning and Development **based in our HQ office in Piombino Dese (PD).
She/he will support the Human Resource team in planning, organizing, and overseeing employees Learning and Development activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help driving **a performance management process** by assessing identified key performance indicators, developing tools and metrics.
- In support of her/his manager, she/he participates in the **definition of the L&D projects** for the year or period, including all action plan phases to translate the plans into feasible programs, monitoring of function KPIs**.
**:
- Contribution to the introduction of new training methods (with particular focus on digital and innovative approaches)
- Collect and analyze the needs of personnel in terms of training and reinforcement in the area of competence, facilitating the implementation of development programs in terms of technical and soft skills
- Maintain the **Group's competency model** up to date, ensuring that all assessments, appraisals and evaluations are consistent with it.
- Manage projects to ensure the **appropriate development and internal career progression of the Group's talent pools**, to maximize talent retention within the Group
- ** Update** **and monitor** **the** **annual L&D budget**, by cost centre, by project and by individual local budgets.
- ** Develop future technical career paths** for groups of employees
- Support in **managing internal and external communication** processes for the dissemination of new L&D Projects
- Align and manage **relationships with plant HR** on planned and concerted L&D activities, providing training and coaching where needed and being available for support or accompaniment as appropriate.
**Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in an HR L&D role in multinational companies
- Master's degree in economics, humanities or equivalent
- Experience in developing digital training material and presenting virtually
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Good systems & digital skills (nice to have Microsoft certification/strong proficiency in using Excel)
- Good communication skills, including presentation skills
