A Connecting Company, driven by a common purpose, a powerful spirit, shared behaviors, great character and a relentless focus on clients - Power of One Job Description We are looking for a very passionate HR Learning and Development Specialist who will take ownership to collaborate with managers and business stakeholders to design and implement our training programs and academies, working with the team to constantly bring the best training experience to all our employees. Key Responsibilities: Training design (Learning needs analysis, topics selection) and scheduling organizational tasks (calendar, invites, pre and post survey, results analysis) for our internal academies. Managing relations with external and internal facilitators. Managing relations with attendees and their managers. Owner for the local deployment related to our Global LMS platform. Reporting activities and KPI monitoring. Qualifications: If you have: 1-2 years of experience as L&D professional in a multinational and multicultural environment where high flexibility and fast-paced mindset are essential to get your goals. Bachelor or Master Degree (HR Master will be considered a plus). Excellent knowledge of Office suite (Excel mainly). Excellent knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva). Excellent proficiency in the English language. If you are: Strong in organizational and project management skills. Passionate about learning and development topics, constantly looking for new solutions and trends. A great team player, highly collaborative and flexible working style. Proactive and willing to bring your value and leave your mark. A natural enthusiast person.
