Join the research team of a leading company investing in advanced technology across telecommunications, AI, robotics, and smart cities.

The Milan Research Team is looking for a detail-oriented individual. Key Responsibilities:Course Delivery Design: Develop and implement effective learning strategies to ensure engaging and impactful training sessions. Class Facilitation: Lead and manage training sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement while fostering a positive learning environment. Facilitator Enablement: Support instructors by providing training, resources, and feedback to enhance their teaching effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align training content and delivery methods with organizational goals. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed. Skills and Experience Requirements:Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing training and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Good learning and adaptability skills, with strong resilience under pressure and a strong sense of mission. Fluent in English and Chinese.
