A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

The HR Manager Beverage partners with the Beverage Leadership Team in providing leadership on the people aspects of business plans and solutions to business management in people and organizational topics.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Partner with the Beverage leadership Team to create and execute a 360 degree HR Plan which creates a successful organization supporting the international business ambition.
- Provide leadership on industrial relations for the plant in conjunction with the plant manager.
- Provide accurate employee relations advice to Line Managers, employees and HR colleagues based on Electrolux Professional Policies & Procedures, employment legislation and local practice agreements.
- Front Office for the relations with employees (for the plant in Modena)
- Resolve issues and cases either through own knowledge or through discussion with referent HR Business Partner or HR Country Manager
- Liaise with Legal team and Country HR Manager for complex cases where expert input is needed
- Study and analyze trends and identify areas of potential process/policy/tool improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives, notably taking the best practices from the group in the beverage environment but also adjusting/creating adequate ones for the business.
- Recruitment in partnership with the talent acquisition team.
- Continuous improvement pillar specialist for people development (planning and roll out)
- Support a strong talent management and development practice for the business unit.
- Support the system of competence mapping (competence matrix)
- Identify training needs across the organization
- Act as the owner of the HR agenda for the business unit, reporting to relevant top managers.
- Lead transformation projects in partnership with the administration and payroll team.
Additional projects for our Italian HQ (in Pordenone) may become possible as you grow in the role.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Legal (preferable) or Human Resources
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR or other administration department
- Previous exposure to Regional/Global roles or projects within a complex HR organization, will be an asset
- Business experience will be also considered a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
- Standard computer skills
- Italian, fluent English.
