The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Cologne (Germany). We are currently selecting a Human Resource Manager: Functions Accurate management of the payroll on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with all legal labor law requirements. Work closely with the business to ensure that communication and processes are as efficient and effective as possible. Lead the HR business partnering area in Italy. Support and improve communication between management and employees. Staff engagement: as part of the leadership team creating an enticing culture and making sure staff is focused on results in operational and service excellence in an intrinsically motivated and passionate way. Ensuring HR departmental KPI's are reported on a month-by-month basis covering HR, Recruitment, and Payroll adjusting where required to ensure added value and drive continuous improvement for the department in the business. Requirements Bachelor's degree. 4 years of experience in HR or related field. Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Hands-on and people person.
