Hr Manager
Our Client is one of the main Brand of a WW Luxury Goods Group, and for its Italy HR governance based near Florence
we are looking for a strategic role to support the HR Director and with frequent relations with the WW HQ.
**Posizione**:
As HR Manager, and part of the Human Resources Department, you will manage the main HR processes to staff the company with the necessary resources, develop the organization according business evolution and assure a peaceful and welcoming working environment.

You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxury goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.
Work closely with management and employees to consolidate Brand Values throughout the population, improving working relationships, sense of belonging and loyalty.
Work strictly with managers and employees ensuring daily support for any problems or critical situations.
Manage the following HR processes and activities:
- Developing and managing the Employer Branding activities locally and at Group & Brand level.
- Be the referent for D&I Projects and activities promoting and working on appropriate measure to expand the culture of D&I in the company.
Manage daily relationship with the internal trade union, hold monthly meetings with them and handle litigation and disciplinary matters in accordance with company guidelines.
Supervise and monitor the activities of the general services (canteen, car fleet, cleaning, company events, external visits, etc.
).
Support and manage transversal projects at Company and Brand level and in synergy with HR Group Networking.
Manage the budget for each area of responsibility.
**Requisiti**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience in HR field
**Experience**:
- Position requires minimum 6-8 years' experience in HR field in a role of responsibility
- Experience in industrial company, luxury/fashion will be a plus

- Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point, HRIS Systems) and at ease with the use of Internet tools
**Languages**: Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
