Our client is a Multinational Company producing sustainable and innovative packaging and paper solutions.

We are looking for a HR Manager that will manage all HR related topics in the plant and ensure timely and efficient HR service delivery (HR administration incl.

payroll) - of about 200 employees.

Activities:

- Partner with Managing Director and plant leadership team to ensure a successful integration and transformation of the plant

- Support of communication & change management

- Establish local HR standards, processes and tools in line with group-wide policies - as part of PMI and beyond

- Roll-out group-wide HR standards, programs and initiatives - as part of PMI and beyond

- Perform effective recruiting and onboarding activities, facilitate local development processes and support managers in building robust succession pipelines, strengthen local employer branding activities to attract key skills

- Partner with managers to enable them to deliver on their promises, inspire their teams and create a positive employee experience

- Provide business with expert knowledge on HR and market trends (legal, talent, industry, etc.

)

- Trustful interface to works council and trade unions

**Requirements**:

- University degree or corresponding qualification in human resources, employment law and/or business administration

- Proven track record in generalist HR; plant HR experience of advantage

- Experience in dealing with trade unions and collective bargaining negotiations, and/or successful works council cooperation experience beneficial

- Excellent consultancy, coaching and relationship building skills

- Outstanding communication, change management, negotiation and presentation skills

- Enthusiastic, dynamic and agile personality

- Hands-on and solution oriented mentality

- Knowledge of HR systems and data analytics affinity

- Fluent in Italian and English
