Position SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager dedicated to our Lainate (MI) Plant. The successful candidate will execute all Human Resources activities for our 90+ employees site.
This includes everyday management of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation administration, compliance, and records. Essential ResponsibilitiesPartners with local and European Leaders while implementing HR strategies aimed to deliver business objectives and to meet company's targetsEnsures implementation of standardized processes and policies according to company strategy and local needs. Drives organization development based on the input received from Senior Management and Line Managers according to business strategy, budget and Group guidelines. Manages talents' acquisition, succession planning, performance management and development programs including Individual development plans for talents. Supports and coaches Line Managers and Leaders while making strategic decisions and driving organizational effectiveness. Issues with mandatory employment legislation and ensures its compliance with local legal regulations. Manages Labor Relations. Manages relations between the company, Trade Union Organizations and Industrial Associations. Ensures management of headcounts, labor cost and workforce planning based on defined budget. Executes recruitment process. Drives engagement and culture related strategies. Participates in special projects for both the local business and broader CCT organization as needed. Partners with local EHS to drive a culture of safe practices throughout the siteFollow the GDPR local requirement partnering with Legal function in HQIdentify training needs, determine cost effective solutions, coordinates, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of the training, partnering with function dedicated to certifications management Internal communication managementPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent. At least 5 years work experience in related occupation. Strong professional experience as HRM in a multinational and manufacturing company. Self-motivated, self-directed and highly organized.
