Now we are looking for a HR MANAGER in our office in Bergamo !

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducting internal and external competitions for a vacant position

- Control of the availability of conditions necessary for work (work place, access to system, etc. . . )

- Search and establishment of interaction with local recruitment agencies

- Conducting research on the benefits of the countries where Asstra operates.

- Administrative activity such as main and audit employee attendance records at the end of the month, management of employment contracts and employment documents, curricular and extra-curricular internships

REQUEREMENTS:

- High level of written and spoken English and Italian;

- Experience and in-depth knowledge of selection processes and in human resources activities;

- Ability to work both individually and in a team;

- Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information.
