We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR Manager is a go-to person for all employee-related issues.

This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The job of HR Manager is important to business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, execute and lead People Strategy consistently with the overall Walliance group Industrial Plan

- Design the Organizational Model and Hiring Plan across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies

- Ensure that Corporate Values consistently and continuously permeate the whole organization across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies

- Constantly monitor Walliance well-being and implement potential remediation initiatives

- Manage, coordinate and lead the HR team constantly reviewing the People Service Model to ensure that business needs are effectively and efficiently addressed

- Lead and constantly adapt Talent Acquisition Strategy to ensure that new team members are effectively and efficiently selected and hired

- Lead and constantly review Employer Branding Strategy

- Execute and iteratively re-engineer Walliance Performance

- Management processes to ensure an exceptional professional career development of all team members

- Design and implement ad-hoc development plans with a focus on managerial roles

- Plan, monitor and control the HR Budget

- Select and coordinate HR-specific external stakeholders, with a specific focus on HR Admin

- Manage and coordinate HR payroll and other related processes across all covered geographical areas in coordination with external professionals

- Ensure proper labor law diligence and compliance with the support of external professionals

Job requirements

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

- People-oriented and results-driven

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
