Our Client, a leading Company in the development, production and distribution of innovative printing solutions, is looking for an:

HR MANAGER Target The Candidate will play a key role supporting the Direction in the management of the HR Department in an international, innovative and constantly growing context, in which employees are made part of the company project and are called to give their contribution on an individual and team level.

Main Responsibilities Co-ordination and supervision of the Global HR Team (4/5 HR Admin)Central contact for external payroll servicesCollect and account data for monthly payroll of the Swiss branchDocumentation & filing of salary and personnel dataCorrespondence and issuing of certificates with / for the authoritiesPreparation of all contractual documents (for the Employees' entire lifecycle)Administration of employees and executivesProject assistance in close collaboration with HR Team and/or CFODirect control of the attendance tracking system of the Headquarters Employees and supervision of attendances of all other branches employees (holiday, illness etc. )Issuing of reference lettersSupport Controlling Dpt. in budgeting process, reports and personnel KPI analysisPreparation of Sales Commissions plans and calculation of achievements in collaboration with Controlling Dpt. HR processes definition and integration among the various Group CompaniesQualification Knowledge of payroll processing, income tax and social securityHigh level of service orientation and proactivenessMS Office (in particular Word and Excel)Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceComing from an international environmentEnglish language knowledgePrecision and attention to detailHabit of communicating with stakeholders at various levels and of different nationalities. Willing to travel worldwide to visit Group branchesSector: Informatica
