For our client, a multinational company leader in its sector, we are searching for a:
**SENIOR HR MANAGER.
Reporting to the CEO of the Italian company, the HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies according to the Group philosophy and targets.
He/She will be responsible for managing a team of four resources, and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review HR policies and processes.
- Work in partnership with the CEO and Executive colleagues to anticipate future trends and needs for the business.
- Lead Implementation of HR Key projects and develop new Hr strategies in line with group requirements.
- Oversee the recruiting and selection activities in line with the Company's needs.
- Manage and develop of the employees career plan.
- Support budgeting and personnel costs forecasting processes.
- Design and implement employees' retention strategy.
- Manage Union relations.
- Manage public relations and communication activities with local Communities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local universities, colleges, schools and communities as appropriate.
- Promote corporate values and shaping a positive culture and working environment.
Requirements & Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in HR in a multinational Company, preferably in manufacturing sector.
- Experience in building a strong company culture, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and employee wellbeing.
- Master's Degree.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience working in unions ed environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent relational and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Organization and planning skill.
- Proactive approach, flexible and strong ability in problem-solving.
