We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant HR Manager to join our multinational team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions at our plant and providing strategic support to the International CHRO.

This role requires a strong background in industrial relations and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our global objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage all HR activities at the plant, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Provide strategic support to the International CHRO in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

Develop and maintain effective industrial relations, ensuring smooth communication and negotiation with labor unions and employee representatives.

Support the plant management team in achieving business objectives through effective HR practices.

Oversee employee development programs, including training, career development, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with all local and international labor regulations and company policies.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on industrial relations.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
