You will work directly with the Group Corporate Functions and the Group CPO to truly reinvent our culture and processes toward a real change.

- Designing and implementing Change Management activities;

- working together with the Corporate Head Office;

- leading the business and the culture change;

- coaching and supporting stakeholders toward a winning culture;

- being an ambassador of our cultural journey.

- You are quick in understanding people and their potential

- You can easily identify the requirements for different jobs

- You can cooperate efficiently with many offices

- You have covered similar roles for at least 5 years

- You are fluent in English
