Our people are committed to make all this possible and, as we are strengthening our HR management capabilities, we are looking for an HR Manager, who could support the organization in its growth and development.
As HR Manager for the Corporate Functions, you will be responsible to deploy all Corporate HR processes in the area of the organization you are assigned to.
Your main activities will consist in:
- ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, according to Group HR guidelines and local rules;
- guaranteeing the following processes: recruiting, training, compensation & benefit, labour cost management, payroll, mobility, organizational aspects, employee communications in relation with the centers of expertise at Corporate level
- working on HR budgets and forecast processes;
- carrying on the Performance Management Process: annual review, HR mapping, succession tables;
- facilitating/supporting people development and internal mobility

Your profile:
- You have a Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- You have at least 5-8 years' experience in growing HR roles, better if in multinational companies (working in a matrix organization)
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Your approach is structured and with good organizational skills
- You are passionate about people
- You are fluent in English
