Hr Manager
Company description**:
The role of HR Manager at our Minerbio' production site is to business partner site stakeholders (Operations, R&D, functions) and lead the delivery of a comprehensive and proactive HR service and project work with a key knowledge of HR policies and procedures to deliver accurate and professional advice and guidance, in a highly complex, 3 shifts organization.
**Job description**:
Main Tasks
Provide managers and employees with up to date guidance and support on all people related issues.
Drive programs & action teams to improve relations & engagement scores.
Manage the relationship with official union and Works Council to ensure no industrial relations issues.
Support the delivery of restructures as required.
Partner with the L&D lead to develop and deliver training when required to support the HR calendar and line manager capability.
To meet the current and future needs of the business and ensure career development needs via appraisals.
Develop and maintain effective records in relation to the succession planning of the organization and the management of key successors and high potential individuals.
Ensuring the plans are shared with individuals and development plans are implemented & tracked.
Coach and guide managers on performance issues, intervening with mediation support where necessary.
Review, oversee and provide guidance/training on the SW appraisal process.
Represent HR on the site EH&S committee monthly to ensure issues are raised and closed out.
Develop, prepare and present information/statistical analysis of HR information on a monthly basis
Provide a proactive, customer focused HR service
Provide a focus on continuous improvement
**Required profile**:

Degree in Hr, Law, Economics or Social Science,
Italian, English,
Excellent Communication skills, project Management skills,
Proven experience in a HR Manager role in a production environment,
US corporate knowledge desirable (matrix organization)
