Hr Manager
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Coordinating: on boarding, performance evaluation, soft skills training, development and administration, disciplinary and law personnel managementSupervising the job description processSupervising and performing recruiting to grant the personnel needsSupervising time keeping, personnel administration and personnel contract and provide guidanceSupervising payroll flow from and to the external labour consultantNegotiate Unions Agreements in cooperation with Managing DirectorReporting to senior management by analysing data and using HR metricsSupervising and granting Medical Visit (pre-employment, periodical, etc)Supervising and grant LHT system managementServing as point of contact for GDPR internal LHT Lawyer ContactNada Char E-mail address for inquiries Requirements Degree in a relevant field is required (Labor Law, Economic)Proficiency in English and Italian is requiredAt least 3 years of experience in HR business partner role or equivalentMust possess permit to work in Italy Personal competencies Considers the long-term consequences of own actions and decisionsActively drives overall and continuously meaningful goals for the area of responsibility and the company as a wholeUses resources sparingly; compares the costs and benefits in a differentiated mannerEmpathyDialogue & CommunicationCollaboration
