**POSITION OVERVIEW

- DataArt is a global software engineering firm.

With over 20 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

**Responsibilities

- Full cycle of talent management process (from the first day of employment to offboarding stages)

- Close collaboration with management and people to improve work relationships

- Answer general HR questions and resolve issues on time

- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience working in an IT company in the HR Specialist role is a must

- Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, conducting one-to-one meetings, adaptation, professional development etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision

- Strong multitasking skills, attention to details

- Personality with fast thinking and proactive attitude

- English language, Bulgarian native

**Nice to have

- Experience working with international companies

- Experience in IT recruitment
