We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented **HR manager** to support Eurochiller S. r. l.
product company and customer center Italy & Slovakia
In this challenging position it will be your mission to act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and the Management team, provide leadership, direction and HR development for all human resources related initiatives and activities that effect the development and attainment of the company strategy and goals.
You will act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to follow the Atlas Copco values and way of working.
It will be your mission to
- Lead the Human Resources function to ensure that People Management processes are in place in accordance with "The Way We Do Things"
- Drive continuous improvement programs in HR and particularly support the HR link platform within the CC
- Understand the company's employee engagement level and drive programs and practices to improve employee engagement including teambuilding, engagement surveys, focus groups, etc.
- Assist all employees with the interpretation of company policies/procedures.
Give guidance as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals, company goals, and divisional goals as needed
- Support the development and implementation of the business strategies in the different entities from a Human Resources perspective
- Guide, support and follow up in the areas of organizational development and management resourcing
- Ensure that we have a flow of people into new positions, including into new management positions, and that we have the right leadership culture
- Secure that we have a solid process and tools for competence development and talent management based on the company's need (competence gap analysis, personal and development competences, starting from the hiring process based on finding people with the "right attitude")
- Ensure that we attract and employ the right people in the right organizational structure
- Preparing monthly and quarterly HR reports IOR), headcount development, key performance indicators, manpower efficiency and others as assigned or as relevant to the organization.
- Review and monitor the compensation and benefits being provided to ensure a competitive remuneration package.
- Offering a safe and healthy working environment for all employees with special focusing on reducing sick-leave levels and working accidents
- Serving as advisor for all human resources matters of a legal nature as well as being responsible for managing labor union relations and local negotiations
- Conduct research into personnel programs and activities, recommends changes or innovations where desirable.

In this position you report to the General Manager of Eurochiller S. r. l.
in collaboration with the Divisional VPHR and Holding (planning and effectively work with Corporate HR regarding training initiation and other initiatives)
**Experience requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Manager or 5yrs senior HR Business Partner role position preferable in a multinational company
**Knowledge and Skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of HR, SHEQ, and Environmental laws and regulations
- Experience with compensation programs like e. g.
IPE Mercer
- Effective safety program leadership
- Experience in change management
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent Training and Development experience
- Strong PC skills (especially MS Office products)
- Proven ability to effectively manage crisis solutions
**Educational requirements
You have a university degree in the human resources area in combination with a track record of proven successful human resources work in an industrial environment.
You have minimum 5 years of solid practical experience of Italian labor legislation in combination with solid experience in people management processes with special focus on performance management and people / organizational development.
