Elle propose à ses clients des solutions de production, de distribution et de stockage d'hydrogène bas carbone comme autant de solutions pour la transition énergétique et la réalisation d'une société dite « Net Zero », neutre en carbone et créatrice de valeur.
Résolument internationale, elle rassemble aujourd'hui environ 220 collaborateurs et est implantée dans 3 pays en Europe (France, Allemagne, Italie).
Ses équipes commerciales sont ancrées au sein des écosystèmes nationaux et régionaux, pour assurer le déploiement à grande échelle de l'hydrogène comme maillon essentiel dans la trajectoire mondiale vers la neutralité carbone.

To support the growth of its Tuscan site based in San Miniato, McPhy is looking for an HR manager to lead the HR activities of this site (50 employees).
Le profil
- Master's degree in HR
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR management
- Strong growth in energy transition sector
- Versatility, structurating and responsabilities
Mission
**Reporting to the HR Director Group, the **main activities of the HR manager will be**:
**HR Business Partner**:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, aligned with McPhy HR Group
**Talent development
- Participate to employees development
- Maintain job description database updated
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Administer monthly payroll activities & liaise with finance
- Assist HR Director in the definition, deployment & tracking of compensation & benefit policies
**HR Administration employees relations & communication
- Guarantee compliance of all HR activities (process, documents ) with social regulations and labor laws, aligned with McPhy HR Global policies
- Guarantee the conditions of respect for the health and safety of employees
- Ensure HR monitoring (social, legal, regulatory, etc.
)
- Participate in meetings and dialogue with the employees & their representants
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Contribute to communication initiative and relay Global communication on site
- Contribute to HRIS deployment
